Why is the phone addictive?

Delete your least used apps and restrict notifications. You don't need all of those 200 apps.

Set a specific time for using some apps. 1. Instagram before bedtime only 2. No email after 8pm 3. No games till lunch is over

Charge your phone away from your location. Keep your phone switched off while charging.
